Residential projects typically charge per square meter or by phase, while commercial projects offer customized service packages. All quotes clearly list included services with no hidden costs.
Our 5-phase process ensures precision:

We exclusively serve the Greater Los Angeles Area, including all cities within LA County and North Orange County. To ensure design quality and on-site support, projects beyond this area are not currently accepted.
Residential: 2-3 months (for 80-150㎡, concept to construction drawings)
Commercial: 3-4 months (for ≤500㎡)
Timelines may vary with design revisions and material lead times. You’ll receive a phase-by-phase schedule upon signing, with complimentary service extension if delays exceed 15 working days.
Absolutely. With 200+ vetted suppliers, we procure international brands, local artisanal products, and sustainable materials (bamboo, recycled metals, low-VOC paints). Designers will present ≥3 material options within your budget and arrange physical samples for evaluation.
